Where do you ship from?

We ship from Switzerland.

Can I change or cancel my order?

In order to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request changes/cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. Any requests made after this time will be declined. Your order can be returned after receiving it. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and payments through PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and TWINT.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We aim to ship your orders within 2 to 4 business days after order confirmation. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address and product availability.

What if the item(s) I received is/are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received goods that are incorrect, incomplete, and/or defective. Please provide your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant information as soon as you receive your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit card or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-15 business days after receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank to inquire about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you have not received a credit for your return, please follow these steps: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account.
